This page is here to help HEAL-Baltimore understand what you, as members of our community, would like to have available — the services you would use, the times you would be most likely to attend, the value you place on those services, and the things you would like to learn, share, or even teach.

Please visit this page often to share your thoughts, opinions, needs, and ideas. Your input will help guide HEAL-Baltimore as we develop programs, determine staffing, schedule services, and make the best use of our space.

You are never required to provide your name or email address in order to participate. If you would like us to follow up with you, however, providing contact information will make that possible. Any email address or contact information you choose to share will be kept private and will never be sold, shared for marketing purposes, or misused.

Thank you for helping us create HEAL-BMore- this first survey will be longer than most- please take your time and share your thoughts.
